We visited for breakfast and had the Masala Dosa, which was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, and full of authentic South Indian flavor. It was one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in Ujjain. The overall food quality was excellent, fresh, and hygienic. The service deserves special appreciation as well. Our service boy Abhishek, was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. He guided us well and ensured everything was served on time with a warm attitude. Today we had lunch at Ras Mantra. The taste of the food was truly excellent — the paneer dishes, roti, and all other items were very delicious. There was a staff member named Abhiraj Parmar; he was very polite and provided quick and proper service. His behaviour was truly appreciable. Only one thing bothered us — due to less staff, the service was a bit slow. When the food is so good, adding a little more staff would make the overall experience even better. Overall, Ras Mantra is a great place in terms of taste, but because of the limited staff, I have given 3 stars. ~ Sachin K

We were a family group ranging in age from 7 to 75, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the tasty, hot food served in a clean and hygienic environment. The service was excellent, with staff promptly clearing after each course, which made the dining experience very comfortable. Special mention to Bhavana, the floor manager, who was extremely helpful in ensuring that our food items arrived on time. Food was amazing. Taste was authentic and classic. I tried their premium thali and fresh lime soda it was stomach filling and refreshing. I didn’t expected the thali to taste this good. The atmosphere is super calm and with the beautiful view of Mahakaal Corridor. Adding to it the staff was super polite and payed proper attention towards their customers. We walked in close to closing time, but Tejasvini welcomed us warmly and made sure we were completely comfortable. All our orders were served quickly. Despite it being almost closing time, she handled all our requests with patience and a big smile. Truly amazing service! The food was great, hygienic, and delicious.
